The Position
As Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for interpreting, evolving and safeguarding the TOMMY HILFIGER aesthetic and visual language across all brand communications – internally and externally – in line with the direction set by the Senior Creative and Brand Directors.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and deliver compelling content, while ensuring seamless integration of creative materials across local, regional and global initiatives. As the creative guardian, you will lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, reviewing and guiding their work to maintain the brand’s vision and direction.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Define and execute the visual strategy across print, digital and social platforms. Lead ideation sessions to spark innovative concepts.
Campaign Development: Oversee the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks and editorials.
Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Design and Product teams to ensure a unified brand story.
Photo Shoot Direction: Conceptualise and direct shoots, from casting and location to styling and photography, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of Art Directors, providing clear feedback, direction and opportunities for growth.
Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market shifts to ensure the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking. Integrate fresh trends and technologies into creative output.
Cross-Departmental Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Production to ensure creative direction supports business objectives. Present concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders.
Budget Oversight: Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Preferred Skills
- Exceptional conceptual and visual skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, branding and consumer behaviour.

- Educated to degree level in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years’ experience in fashion art direction, including 3–5 years in a senior role.
