Role Overview
Support the North America Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and sales across wholesale channels. You’ll help align marketing activity with business priorities while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for internal teams and wholesale partners (e.g. Amazon, Macy’s, Kohl’s).
Manage seasonal marketing briefs across in-store and digital channels, ensuring timely project delivery.
Support media and co-op marketing plans with wholesale and sales partners to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with Sales to adapt content for Amazon and update Brand Stores each season.
Partner with Amazon’s advertising agency to plan and deliver paid media campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
Support North America licensing partners by amplifying seasonal campaigns across retail and wholesale platforms.
Manage project budgets and ensure spend aligns with allocated resources.

About You
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role, ideally within fashion or retail.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
